Have you ever attended Taste Washington? It’s the country’s largest single area Wine & Food experience, featuring over 200 wineries from Washington State and over 50 of the area’s best restaurants. It was held at the CenturyLink Field Exhibition Center at the end of March. Attendees can eat and drink all they want all day. There are chef demonstrations too. My friend Jason Wilson has been there for the last two years. He just opened his second restaurant – Miller’s Guild, located in the Hotel Max in downtown Seattle.
Caroline and I exhibited our Gourmet Blends balsamics vinegars and olive oils there and had a great time and a solid sales weekend.
